LOCATION

The temple is situated at Ollur, on the Trichur – Ernakulam national Highway, 6 kms. south of Trichur. Currently the Edakkunni Temple falls within the area of the Trichur Corporation. Ollur is famous for its tile factories and once was a hub of commercial activities in the tile and timber business. Ollur is also famous for its footballers who have achieved national fame.
HOW TO REACH OLLUR

By Rail:
Nearest railway station is Ollur, 6 km from Trichur on the Ernakulam –Trichur line. However only a few passenger trains stop here.. All trains except Rajdhani stop at Trichur.

By Road

The temple is situated on the Trichur –Cochin national highway. Frequent bus services are available between Trichur and Ollur and also from every nook corner of Kerala to Trichur.

By air

The Cochin International Airport is only 40 km away from Ollur and large number of bus services connecting the cities of Ernakulam/Cochin and Trichur ply through Ollur, making it very easy to come to Ollur by all routes.
